Sandwich
- 8 slices sandwich bread (brioche or white)
- 6–8 slices cheese (mozzarella, provolone, or Swiss)
- Butter (soft, for spreading)

🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high
- Add onion, cook until soft (or caramelized for extra flavor)
- Add ground beef + spices
- Cook until browned and juicy
- Set aside
2️⃣ Assemble the Sandwich
For each sandwich:
- Butter one side of bread
- Place bread butter-side down
- Add cheese slice
- Add beef filling
- Add another cheese slice
- Top with bread (butter-side up)
3️⃣ Grill to Perfection
- Heat pan on medium-low
- Cook sandwich 3–4 minutes per side
- Press gently
- Flip carefully
- Cook until bread is golden and cheese melts
