Ingredients
- The Protein: 1 lb ground beef.

Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is completely browned. Drain the excess grease thoroughly.
- Combine: Turn the heat down to low. Add the cubed cheese and the entire can of Ro*Tel (including the juice) to the skillet with the beef.
- Melt: Stir the mixture constantly until the cheese is completely melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
- Season: Stir in the garlic powder and onion powder to round out the savory flavors.
- Serve: Transfer the dip to a warm serving bowl or a small slow cooker to keep it dippable. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately with plenty of sturdy tortilla chips for scooping.
