Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Prep time: 20 mins | Cook time: 15–20 mins | Servings: 8–10 bombs

Ingredients

  • The Dough: 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky layers biscuits.
  • The Filling:
    • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained.
    • 1/2 cup finely diced onion.
    • 1 tsp steak seasoning or salt and pepper.
    • 10 cubes or slices of sharp cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
  • The Garlic Parmesan Topping:
    • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced.
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
    • 1 tsp dried parsley.

Instructions

  1. Sauté: Brown the ground beef with the diced onions in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease and stir in your steak seasoning.
  2. Flatten: Separate the biscuits and press each one out into a flat circle.
  3. Stuff: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Seal: Gather the edges of the dough and pinch them tightly at the top to form a “bomb” shape. Place them seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Coat: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the bombs.
  6. Bake: Cook at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until the tops are deep golden brown and the cheese inside is molten.
  7. Serve: Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
