Ingredients
- The Dough: 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky layers biscuits.
- The Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained.
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion.
- 1 tsp steak seasoning or salt and pepper.
- 10 cubes or slices of sharp cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
- The Garlic Parmesan Topping:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
- 1 tsp dried parsley.
Instructions

- Flatten: Separate the biscuits and press each one out into a flat circle.
- Stuff: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Seal: Gather the edges of the dough and pinch them tightly at the top to form a “bomb” shape. Place them seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Coat: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake: Cook at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until the tops are deep golden brown and the cheese inside is molten.
- Serve: Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
