Ingredients
- The Chicken: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- The Signature Marinade/Sauce:
- 1/2 cup honey.
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard.

- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy.
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms, sautéed in butter.

Instructions
- Marinate: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Whisk together the honey, mustard, and mayonnaise. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes (reserve the rest for serving).
- Sear: In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Layer: Brush extra honey mustard sauce over the seared breasts. Top each one with two slices of crispy bacon and a generous spoonful of sautéed mushrooms.
- Cheese it Up: Pile the shredded cheese blend high over the mushrooms until each breast is completely covered.
- Bake: Transfer the skillet to a 375°F oven for 10–15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with the reserved honey mustard sauce for dipping.
