1 tube (8 oz) crescent roll dough (or biscuit dough)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1 lb bacon slices
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Form the bombs: Separate or cut the dough into small equal pieces. Press a cube of sharp cheddar cheese into the center of each piece of dough and wrap the dough tightly around the cheese to form a sealed ball.
Wrap in bacon: Wrap one to two slices of bacon securely around each dough ball, ensuring the ends are tucked underneath.
Add BBQ sauce: Arrange the bacon-wrapped bombs on the prepared baking sheet and brush or drizzle the barbecue sauce generously over each one.
Bake: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and browned and the dough is fully cooked through.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
