Beef Filling

  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped or caramelized)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter

Sandwich

  • 8 slices sandwich bread (brioche or white)
  • 6–8 slices cheese (mozzarella, provolone, or Swiss)
  • Butter (soft, for spreading)

Optional Sides

  • Fries
  • Pickles
  • Dipping sauce

🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high
  • Add onion, cook until soft (or caramelized for extra flavor)
  • Add ground beef + spices
  • Cook until browned and juicy
  • Set aside

2️⃣ Assemble the Sandwich

For each sandwich:

  1. Butter one side of bread
  2. Place bread butter-side down
  3. Add cheese slice
  4. Add beef filling
  5. Add another cheese slice
  6. Top with bread (butter-side up)

3️⃣ Grill to Perfection

  • Heat pan on medium-low
  • Cook sandwich 3–4 minutes per side
  • Press gently
  • Flip carefully
