Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • The Chicken:
    • 2 large chicken breasts, diced.
    • 1 tbsp olive oil.
    • 2 tsp garlic powder.
    • 1 tsp onion powder.
    • 1 tsp paprika.
    • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • The Cheesy Goodness:
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • The Wrap:
    • 4 large flour tortillas.

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, until fully cooked and browned on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and place a generous portion of the cooked chicken in the center of each. Sprinkle with a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Fold and Toast: Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly to secure the filling. Pro tip: Place the wraps back in the skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to melt the cheese and get a crispy, golden exterior.
  5. Serve: Slice in half and serve warm while the cheese is perfectly molten.
