Ingredients
- The Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 2 tsp garlic powder.
- 1 tsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- The Cheesy Goodness:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- The Wrap:
- 4 large flour tortillas.
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, until fully cooked and browned on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and place a generous portion of the cooked chicken in the center of each. Sprinkle with a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Fold and Toast: Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly to secure the filling. Pro tip: Place the wraps back in the skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to melt the cheese and get a crispy, golden exterior.
- Serve: Slice in half and serve warm while the cheese is perfectly molten.
