Cake Batter:
1Β½ cups flour Β½ cup sugar Β½ cup milk 2 eggs Β½ cup melted butter or oil 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract π©βπ³ Instructions Prepare topping: Melt butter in a baking pan, add brown sugar, mix, then arrange pineapple slices on top. Make batter: Mix eggs, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla. Add flour + baking powder and mix until smooth. Assemble: Pour batter over the pineapple layer. Bake: Bake at 180Β°C for 35β40 minutes until golden. Flip: Let it cool 5β10 minutes, then flip onto a plate so the caramelized pineapple is on top.
