Cheesy Pizza Ravioli Bake

Ingredients

  • The Pasta: 1 bag (approx. 25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli.
  • The Meats:
    • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, browned and drained.
    • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni.
    • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled.
  • The Sauce: 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pizza sauce.
  • The Cheese: 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  • Seasoning & Garnish:
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano.
    • Freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a large baking dish or use a large oven-safe cast iron skillet.
  2. Layer: Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Assemble: Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in an even layer. Top with half of the remaining sauce, half of the browned Italian sausage, and a handful of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat: Add the remaining ravioli, sauce, and sausage.
  5. Pizza Toppings: Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella over the top. Layer the pepperoni slices and crumbled bacon over the cheese.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Final Melt: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until the ravioli is tender, the cheese is bubbling, and the pepperoni is slightly crisp.
  8. Finish: Garnish with fresh parsley and a dusting of Parmesan before serving.
