  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
    (or pizza dough)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20–24 pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: grated parmesan

🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper

2️⃣ Shape the Dough

  • Separate biscuit dough
  • Flatten each piece into a small round
  • Place on tray with space between

3️⃣ Assemble

  • Sprinkle mozzarella on each dough round
  • Top with 1 pepperoni slice
  • Lightly brush edges with olive oil
  • Sprinkle garlic powder + Italian seasoning

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 12–15 minutes
  • Until cheese melts and edges turn golden
  • Pepperoni should be slightly crispy
